Use the existing Supportly screens and your authorized workspace. The feature sections below include setup guidance and a local prompt builder for each workflow.

Analytics

Use the available overview and ticket analytics, preserving time-range and workspace filters.

Permissions: Owner/admin (view_analytics). Plan: All plans; follow current analytics controls. Use /analytics, /dashboard.

Counts match the selected workspace and date range
Forbidden workspace data remains inaccessible

Report exports

Export reports through the supported export controls. Respect row limits and handle rate-limit responses.

Permissions: Owner/admin/viewer (export_reports), subject to the export page's access controls. Plan: All plans, subject to export action limits. Use /analytics/export.
